What you will receive is about 100 pounds of meat.

30-40lbs of 1lb packages of Ground Beef

5 lbs of Chili in 1lb packages

5lbs of Organ Meat

Over 15-20lbs of steaks (ribeye, filet, New York, t-bone, sirloin, flank and skirt, round)

Over 25-30lbs of roast assortments and cuts (rump roast, chuck roast, arm roast, tri tip, ribs, stew meat, soup bones, marrow bones, and cutlets)

Total Price $1200

For 1/4's that need to be shipped (not local delivery) add an additional $200. This will secure your 4-5 boxes of beef will arrive next day from shipping day. 

Deposits are typically non-refundable. In the event something happens and you need your deposit back I will work with you the best I can. I cannot PROMISE you will receive your full deposit back.
